What We Provide

Financing

We provide attainable capital for community organizations in health, education, housing, and entrepreneurship, offering financing solutions tailored to their unique needs—with flexible and accessible terms, structures, and rates.

New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC)

Through the federal New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program, we help organizations access funding for large-scale projects. NMTC works by offering tax incentives to private investors, encouraging them to fund projects like schools, healthcare facilities, and community centers—initiatives that create jobs, improve services, and drive long-term economic growth in communities that need it most.

Beyond financing, we offer tailored technical assistance and strategic guidance to strengthen the operational and leadership capacity of local organizations. From strategic planning to financial management, we equip them with the tools and expertise they need to maximize their impact.
